Since technology has LOVED everyone I know this week and not so much me, it has finally decided to love me. (I hope you got the sarcasm). My hard drive has slowly been dying for a few months and I've been putting off replacing it with the new one for such a long time. Today when I got up to turn on my computer... well, it didn't exactly turn on. It went to the usual "let's load stuff" thing but stopped before it got to the hard drive. Needless to say, I shut it down and tried again, and again, and again, and again. It wasn't until my 20th or so time that it actually turned on. I can't wait to replace the hard drive now if it doesn't even want to spin. Too much of a risk for all the data I have on it.

So, the update is that I may not be on this weekend depending on how long it takes to install Windows on the new hard drive, put all the files on there that I am transferring to *thecrazylady's external hard drive (THANK YOU!), and getting all my programs installed. On top of that, I have tons of homework to do so being on the internet and active on here is the least of my worries. I need my computer to work so I can do my homework. Yes, I do have a laptop that is in every way better than this BUT this is my main computer; all my files of importance are on here _{(plus, the laptop and my network don't get along XD )}. I'm hoping to get this all fixed by tomorrow but knowing me and my short attention span, I'll get distracted.

I know not all of you care but I figured this is a way to talk to some of you that I can only talk to during certain times of the day (because everyone lives in a different time zone... YAY).

Sooo... I have to write 3,000+ words a day to catch up. I don't think I'm gonna with this WriMo thing XD Should I just give up? I knew it would be hard but I didn't think I'd get this behind... Maybe if I don't finish on time I'll try by Christmas XD


Along with the many projects I have come the end of this semester, I'm going to be starting the gifts. I figure I'll just send a note about the whole sending deal as I get them done. I'd love to say that I can get them all done this weekend but school is more important. I'd say Thanksgiving weekend I would be able to get them all done but that's my weekend to work.

For one week only, if you want to know what I'm making you for Christmas, you can ask me and I'll truthfully tell you. I figure this way if you don't want that as a gift I can actually ask you what you want. And if I don't know what to make you yet, maybe you can give me a suggestion XD
